Aside from working diligently to improve our skills and abilities, we have also been actively involved in community service. Recently, we took part in a beach cleanup at Baisha Bay, which was organized by Rotary District 3482. Dealing with gusty sea breezes and walking on soft sand, we picked up every piece of trash we could see, doing whatever we could to help keep the beach clean.
This event also gave us the chance to meet students from different schools, sharing the values and mission of FRC and exchanging experiences from the event. We’re truly grateful to Rotary District 3482 for organizing such a meaningful activity that gave us so many valuable memories. Go Magpie!
